And with the warmer weather, The Shed has a great little outdoor area to spread out onto.

Why We Started The Shed
Billy and his wife had always loved the building where The Shed now is—and felt it deserved its own identity. When Bleu closed its doors, it left a noticeable gap in town. What started as a simple idea quickly grew into something more: a space where locals could slow down, connect, and explore the world of wine and charcuterie. The menu changes often to keep things fresh and memorable, with just enough variety that every visit feels different—though a few favorites always find their way back by request.

The Shed offers a curated menu of red, white, and sparkling wines—by the glass or bottle—paired with select cured meats and cheeses available à la carte. It’s simple, elegant, and driven by passion.

Billy Deaver, also known for Black Velvet Coffee, brings that same dedication to quality and community to The Shed. A longtime local with roots in Park City and Tahoe, Billy believes in building meaningful spaces and creating good local jobs. Whether you’re stopping in après-ski or settling in for the evening, The Shed delivers perfectly balanced flavors and a warm, welcoming atmosphere.
