CelestialSUP Solstice Sound Bath

Say Y.E.S and join Yoga Eastern Sierra for a FREE CelestialSUP & Solstice Sound Bath Kick-Off Event on Thursday, June 20th from 7:30pm - 9:00pm at Silver Lake on the June Lake Loop. Gather on the longest day of the year and gaze upon the beautiful Eastern Sierra night sky. We'll connect with gratitude to the natural openness of the environment through sound and breath. Say Y.E.S and register today for an evening under the stars, gently swaying to the fluid rhythm of mountain lake!

Itinerary:

7:30pm - 8:00pm: Meet at Silver Lake Day Use Area. Take this time to inflate your paddle board and connect to our shoreline anchor system. Find your position and comfort on your SUPboard and relax with the flow of the water.

8:00pm - 9:00pm: CelestialSUP Sound Bath with closing gratitude mediation.

Prior to your scheduled session:

Review current weather conditions to prepare your level of warmth and comfort during the sound bath.

What to bring:

- All participants MUST provide own SUP board, paddle, and ankle leash to use for the duration of the session

- Consider packing a warm beverage (cocoa, tea, water) in a bottle/canister to drink throughout the session. Hydrate throughout the day!

- B.Y.O. SUPboard and leash; or rent one of ours (limited supply; registration required to rent)!

What To Wear:

- Clothing that is comfortable, warm layers recommended, and dries easily in case you get wet!
