Motivating your employees makes a world of difference in employee satisfaction and retention and in customer satisfaction, but making time and finding a budget to keep your staff happy is difficult.
To address this, the Chamber presents the fall Peak Performance Program workshops. Jo Zulaica, hiring/training manager for the international luxury travel company Backroads and founder of Expressive Leadership Coaching, will hold two sessions for frontline staff and one session for management level staff on Friday, September 29.
The Chamber is returning to its Peak Performance Program speaker series with Jo’s customer service presentations. Jo has spoken across the country on how to achieve amazing results through customer service, management training and more. Watch a clip of her talk on Training Excellent Customer Service.
Jo’s frontline staff sessions will be interactive with participants practicing methods that allow for service-based problem solving. Jo will discuss how to resolve problems completely with a service mentality. Both sessions will touch on de-escalating hot situations and saying no without saying no. Whether you’re new to the service industry or a seasoned customer service professional, attend Jo’s talk to get up to speed and inspired for the year ahead.
