Don’t sleep on this one — last year’s Power Lunch filled up fast, and we’re bringing it back with a fun day that starts with skiing or riding and ends with great food at Parallax and an engaging presentation on sleep.
Between early powder days, busy seasons, and mountain living, getting quality sleep can be a real “Mammoth” challenge. This Power Lunch—hosted by Mammoth Hospital—features Dr. Steve Kirtland sharing all about sleep and why so many of us could be running on empty.
Dr. Kirtland will review the basic tenets of “normal” sleep and the main disruptors that can interfere with rest, along with the effects of inadequate sleep. Finally, he’ll also explore what good sleep hygiene looks like and discuss treatment options for a range of sleep disorders.
Kick off the morning on the slopes with our optional Chamber Ski Power Hour Plus, or meet us directly at Parallax for the lunch and presentation.
Come for skiing and lunch, or just the Power Lunch — either way, you need to register to save your seat.
