Sierra Jobs First: Community Workshop

Join the Sierra Jobs First Collaborative, Sierra Business Council, Eastern Sierra Community Housing, and the Eastern Sierra Council of Governments to discuss California’s Jobs First initiative. The event will be held at Mammoth Brewing Company (18 Lake Mary Road) on Tuesday, May 21 from 3:00 to 5:00 PM. To honor the time commitment for this workshop, each participant will receive a free meal (family style) and a $25.00 gift card. 
 
The purpose of this workshop is to guide the allocation of $9 million to key projects in the Eastern Sierra. Feedback from the event will be incorporated into the Strategic Plan to establish strategies in achieving our community’s economic development goals. The event will be hosted in both English and Spanish, and staff will oversee a kid’s table with activities. Families and bilingual households are encouraged to join.
