SunriseSEVA Clean-Up Walk & Sound Bath @ Reversed Peak Trail

Say Y.E.S and join Yoga Eastern Sierra for a FREE SunriseSEVA Selfless Service Clean-Up Walk & Sound Bath on Sunday, July 28th from 7:30am - 9:00am at Reversed Peak Trail on Northshore Drive in June Lake.

Experience the benefits of contributing your energy and activity to clearing rubbish from the trailhead of Reversed Peak in June Lake. In partnership with Mono County Sustainable Recreation, participation is FREE and all clean-up supplies (trash pickers, gloves, and bags) are provided. Participants will enjoy a viewpoint gratitude sound bath to close the event!

Main Duties: trash and rubbish pick-up; awareness and reporting of necessary repairs.

7:30am - 7:45am: Meet at Reversed Peak Trailhead on Northshore Drive. Take this time to complete volunteer paperwork, grab supplies, and review duties and safety.

7:45am - 8:30am: Selfless service clean-up walk.

8:30am - 9:00am: Closing sound bath with gratitude mediation.

What To Bring for Closing Sound Bath Meditation: All participants should provide his/her own yoga mat, sitting pad, or blanket to use for the sound bath portion of the service.
