Job Description
Baldwin Industrial Group seeks a sales manager to measure, manage and improve sales metrics for existing electrical division, newly established general contracting division and upcoming plumbing and HVAC divisions. Sales manager will also generate proposals and invoices with assistance from the operations team. Good written and verbal communication skills and a passionate, positive, "can-do" attitude are required. Must be able to learn and use Microsoft Office, Windows 10, apps, smartphones, tablets, email, etc. Qualified candidates for this position will have a good driving record, be able to pass a criminal background check and preferably already have their Home Improvement Salesperson certification in California.

Until results support a 2nd position in sales, this position will also include Client Service Representative duties - telephone, dispatch and sales admin.

This is a ground floor opportunity with an established team of local professionals who are going places. Hourly wage is based on skillset and experience. Job is expected to be fulltime -- actual availability of hours will depend primarily on the versatility, initiative and salesmanship of candidate.

Wage/salary/commission is negotiable ($15-25/hr to start plus commission). Ability to generate positive results and work with clients and the rest of the team is what counts.
