Job Summary

Maintain the store philosophy and ensure exemplary service; provide service by qualifying customer and communicating available products, both in retail and demo.

Responsibilities and Duties

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Greet, introduce and qualify customer - build strong relationship with customer
  • Provide correct product recommendation to customer
  • Educate customer on all Footloose programs: demo, leasing, JR trade-in, etc.
  • Receive, evaluate, and process payment for all demo ski returns
  • Provide binding adjustments/torque tests for customers' ski equipment

SECONDARY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Assist in other departments as needed - especially rentals
  • Inventory control - weekly inventory check
  • Restock hard goods (skis, bindings, and poles) DAILY
  • Proficient in register procedures
  • Responsible for pre-season, in-season, and end-of-season binding checks of demo equipment

SCHEDULING

  • Flexible
  • Must be available to work holidays
  • Able to work split shifts
